Dear Audience,
Liar makes me think back when I was in the 6th grade. I never wanted people to know who I was or who I wanted to be. I was very, very reclusive. In middle school its like your just really starting to get in the "real world". I say "real world" because when you hit that stage you feel like you have to fit in with the latest style or trend setting. Can't you relate? When your young, your gullible and will do anything to fit in with the crowd. Unfortunately Micah wasn't like that but she also didn't want to feel alone. She wanted people to accept who she was that's why she became this compulsive liar. "I'd never lied about everything. Just my parents(Somali pirates, professional gamblers, drug dealers, spies), where I was from(Liechtenstein, Aruba, Australia, Zimbabwe), what I 'd done(grifted, won bravery medals, been kidnapped). Stuff like that." (Liar , Justine Larbalestier, page 9) No matter how much you want to be incorrigible , no one is perfect. Therefore there will be times when you are not above reproach. Acceptance of our imperfections enables us to make corrections.
